General Electric "Pole Pig". Single phase. Oil filled, most likely PCB. Leftover spares from Gates Radio. P/N: 472-0845-00. Appears to be new and unused. Just shelf worn. Many experimenters run pole pigs in reverse. That is to apply 120v or 240v to the primary to yield a high voltage output. Be very careful with high voltages. Surplus Sales is not responsible for the use or misuse of any dangerous high voltage source such as the transformer exhibited here.
